2004 expedition not accelerating

Truck doesn't want to accelerate properly when
trying to get up to speed on interstate it just
stutters and will SLOWLY get up to 60 or so once I
get up to whatever speed it seems to smooth out a
little. I replaced the drivers side catalytic converter
think passenger needs replacing, could this cause
this problem?

yes sure can some car/suv it feels like your dragging anchor behind you I would change passenger side cat
