2005 ford expadition eddie b. 5.4 triton engine

How come when i come to a stop it shuts off n
steering wheel gets hard to turn did that 3 times in
the last 20 minutes does any one know why n
engine makin a ugly noise they checked oil it says
its good on the gauge but not showing on the 2
dots

you should check the dip stick when the vehicles off , pull it , wipe it , put it back and check it . In case you didn't know . See if the serpentine belt is o.k. if it broke see if the pulleys turn , scan for codes and get the definitions

Did do that to dip stick comes up the same n the serpentine belt has a lil tear n theres check charging system keeps poppin up
