S.O.S. I need help bad 2005 ford expedition from bad to worse.

My 5.4 3v started misfire'n on 7 changed plug.
Then ok for day or so then started missing out and
running rich plus multiple misfires on 5,6,8.
Changed out solenoid on that bank no real change.
Reset computer and ran fine for a week then it
rained.. right back to missing out and no
acceleration.. parked it to learn up on it and started
it periodically to tree eyes to get code that I had
reset prior to this.. ya i know whoops.. but started
it up it started I knocking loud and now it wont
even turn over. Well it tries to but no success... I
need help bad here. Insight would be very helpful. I
m sur re it needs retimed.. just looking for things I
might be missing

If it's running rich I'd check mass airflow sensor to start with, which can cause rich and lean fuel mixture. As for the knocking, that could be a number of things....check compression on each cylinder
