Ford Expedition misfire

Have a misfire check engine light doesn’t stay on it only
flashes what could be the cause already changed spark
plugs

Did you check for codes? Any code other than p0300 should tell you which cylinder has the misfire, then on that cylinder check fuel--spark--compression. I imagine it flashes because the problem might damage the cat?

Check your owner's manual on the flashing CEL - it usually is due to a misfire code being set, a misfire can dump raw fuel into the converters and ruin them quick, so check the codes asap.
