2005 expedition wont go out of park, how do i fix it.

in order to get it out park i have to press a button under the steering collen

check to see if your brake lites work,the shift interlock works off of the brake lite switch located under dash on brake pedal lever,sometimes wires break at connector on switch,hope this helps

Yep if not what fordtech suggested then the solenoid is the next thing to take a look at.
