Can you explain to use how you are installing so that we can at lest get a idea how you are installing to see what you are doing wrong ?

Your vehicle uses a tapered wheel bearing that has to be torqued down to be seated, then backed off maybe 1/8 turn. The spindle has to be clean, and grease must be worked into the bearing cage and rollers. Using a torque wrench and the proper procedure is very important. Too tight is the most common error people make.
