miles on it with radiator needs replaces I seen
videos everything good but should I buy with the

If it dies tomorrow you are only out $500. Offer less as it may not make it to tomorrow ;)

Explorer's aren't very reputable vehicles and if it was me, I'd be interested in fixing it to resell it for profit. For a temporary vehicle, it is dramatically less than the value. But with that many miles, you're looking at replacing and rebuilding a lot and investing more than the value.

The reason the Explorer is known as the Exploder is the crappy SOHC 4.0 V6.
