Question type: General

How do I get the check engine light off after an oil
change

Scan for the trouble codes. The oil change and the light are unrelated and probably just a coincidence if you didn't remove or disconnect or hit anything else. You OBDii scanner will be able to read the codes and also delete the code if it is erroneous.
