How do I open rear window hatch on 2002 Explorer?

When using the fob, the latch sounds like it is working but the window hatch
won't unlock.  The main hatch door works. HELP!

does it open when you push the button onthe hatch if its not unlocking the window than its the locking arm in the hatch look in the panel

Thank you, Shane. Now I have to figure out how to get the panel off without breaking something else. lol

theirs a few screws you undo and some clamps they pop off start at the top work your way down good luck bud

Hey Shane where are the screws to get the plastic pieces off the back hatch? It's a 2002 Ford explorer...
