R there more than 1 fuse box on a 2002 ford explorer

The Windows won't roll down..the
interior lights don't work. Please help

The main fuse relay box is located on the left inner fender well under the hood. The auxilliary fuse/relay block is located under the driver's side instrument panel. There should be a removable door.
