It could possibly have a dedicated fuse. Check the owners manual or the net for the diagram. If the fuse is good and you have power to it then pull the radio and check for power to the radio at the plug. If it is there replace the radio. The bench time for a tech to determine the problem and fix it is more than the cost of a new one.
