The speedometer and gauges are electric. The only serviceable parts I know of for them are the small gears for the speedometer and odometer which are made of plastic which occassionaly break - and bulbs. If the speedometer, odometer, and lights do not work, check for an electrical connection problem or a problem with a ground. If the problem is internal to the cluster, it will have to be sent off for repair and calibration.
