Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. The theft light rapidly
blinks when turn the ignition to the start position.
Try to crank it over and nothing happens. Read
your forums and tried to locate a valet switch or
toggle switch and had no luck locating either or. Is
there any other way to get the Explorer to start?
