Check your fuses and relays first to see if they are blown if they are good use rest light to see if you are getting any power going to the blower motor from the switch but try tapping on it or wiggling the connection clip also because it might have came loose or your switch might have gone out
Disconnect the resistor. Bypass it with 12 volts to the blower. If it works, it should blow on high. If it does not work, then the motor is bad. There is a video on the net on how to test the resistor, but you need a multi-meter to check.
Sounds like your cabin filters are clogged or your blower motor.. Google it and see if it fits your symptoms I know cabin filters can cause air not to be able.to flow through the vents when clogged but you can out your hand on the vents and feel it's either cold ingot and usually it's the cabin filter needing replaced because it's clogged could also try cleaning them for a short term fix depending on the type of filter being used some can just be cleaned but they aren't very expensive to simply replace and usually fairly easy to get to.. there ciould be more than one but they collect the debris coming from the ac/heater vents just like when you have to change your central heat and air vent.. same thing basically o my these are much smaller and made for each model vehicle differently and in different places most are under the dash on the passengers side or behind the glove box.. hopes this helps someone is the future..
I had the same thing happen to me I replace the blower motor and heater resister next to blower. It was old anyway. But it still didn't do anything , till I replace the relay then it all stated working
Just be aware that on my 03 ford exp. Sport xlt v6 4.0 4door it was on under the hood relay /fuse assembly mine was the large relay on top left side
My Ford Explorer A/C is not cooling as it was and there is a smell now, does this mean the A/C is going out, or may need fluids???
