Swapping my engine to flex fuel

I have a 2002 non flex fuel and was wondering if it
is the same a putting in a flex fuel are it's more
work then just swapping engines

I think the Flexfuel engine will have a different fuel system that can tolerate e85 and it should have a different ECU.
