Can somebody please help me with this problem?

Somebody please help me 02 explorer gear
shifter will shift into all gears but truck won't
move. Starts fine, then I shift into drive and
push the gas and it kind of clunks and sound
like it tries to move but will not move in drive
or reverse. When put into drive and I push the
gas the speedometer goes up but truck WILL
NOT MOVE. Also when I put the shifter back
into park while running it makes a horrible
screeching/grinding noise. What could this
be?? Please help

All the issues you described points to the transmission. You probably have over 100 to 150K miles. that is the normal time in needing a rebuild or replacement. Shop around for a decent small time trans shop in your area and have it towed there for inspection.
