if i have power to everything,how come my motor will not turn over.

pulled into the parking lot and it just shut off . tried to jump it ,the motor will not turn over.
it had very little oil. (do mean little)  although i put oil in in just one quart. just made a load
buzz noise with a jump.

do you have power to the starter? if it had hardly any oil in it, was the motor making a lot of noise before it wouldn't start?

I would suspect if you drove the car with little to no oil, then the motor quite, you seized it. You may get it to turn over, and maybe even start after it cools down. I would suspect your engine is literally TOAST.
