Explorer won't start.
My 2002 XLT explorer slow starts, clicks at first, when gas
is pumped tries to start. Sometimes it does, sometimes it
won't. Battery is charged, terminals are clean. Any ideas
what it could be?

sounds like you have a fuel pump issue, start with checking the fuel pressure. most auto part stores carry inexpensive fuel gauges. if your not sure how to use one, you may ask the store clerk associate where and how to connect it properly and check the pressure
