What exactly has you stuck?
Remove intake duct from aire filter housing. Disconnect accelerator cable and cruise control cable from throttle valve. Remove harness clips. Disconnect vacuum hoses fro upper intake manifold. Makr with tape to ensure proper reassembly. Diosconnect IAC and TPS and all electrical connectors which might be in the way. Disconnect EGR valve vacuum hose and EVAP canister purge solenoid vacuum home. Remove EGR pipe from maniford. Remove ignition wires from coil and spark plugs. Remove intake manifold manifold bolts, there should be eight. It should life right off. It can be stuck. Be careful of the plastic connection on the top of the engine where the upper radiator hose connects. It is fragile and all that seals it is a small "O" ring on the botton. If you crack it, it's about a hundred bucks for that not so good of an idea part.
2010 ford explorer run with intake off put when intake is install all it will do tunr over put want start.
