From an electrical point of view, the fuse is not the problem. If a fuse controlling the ignition system blows, it is not going to restart. Was the PCM anywhere near the fire? Since the vehicle starts, but kills, you'll need a live data engine analyzer to point to the problem. First check the area damaged for any possible bare wires which may be causing a grounding problem.
