What would be the problem if my Ford Explorer
2006 overheated and now when I start it, after I
changed the oil because antifreeze went into the
engine, the antifreeze comes out of the tail pipe

Blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. It is not good when coolant comes out of the exhaust pipe.
