On the 2006 ford explorer xlt -Where is the passenger fuse panel?
owner manual says it is located below the drivers instrument panel? took the screws loose from the bottom panel.....No fuse block

Drivers's seat won't move in any direction. No sound from motor. Could it be a fuse and if so, where is that located.

looked under hood, looked at all 15 amp and 20 amp fuses, look ok, right rear tail light bulb is good, ? Is there another fuse somewhere for the rear tail light?
