How to remove and repair rear driver door and
replacement ?

I am not a body shop expert, but I would take a look at the hinges, remove the bolts and see if the door comes off. There could be some other parts of the body that interfere with this operation and need to be removed first. Go online and you should find information/video on how to do this yourself.
