No Heat
I'm not getting any heat no matter how I the settings are; someone told me that
the the heating filter could be bad. I don't get heat on either side in any
setting.
Seems to be a common problem with explorers of your generation. Blend door actuator (electric motor) has plastic teeth. When one breaks, you get the clicking noise. When a few more finally give way, the door will not respond because the motor just spins. The net should have a lot of videos on the subject.
No heat with fans not working properly. When ever dial placed in "heat" position a clicking noise accurs

My heat doesnt work, blows cold air, AC works great, blower works great. I changed the thermostat housing and the heater control valve. Coolant levels are fine, no leaks
