1993 ford thunderbird. Bad ratel on the front passenger

i would check the sway bar end link or bushings in the stabilizer bar

One more thing when I'm on the breaks I don't hear it going over bumbs

It is still very possible for it to be end link or bushings...If it were a wheel bearing it would have a vibration and sound more like a rumble rather then a rattle

Ok What should I look for cause I got under there you know just to see and nothing was missing or loose. But I did hear something like come off when I was on the freeway which is when I started hearing the noise. But i feel no vibrations.

You will have to try and stress the points that move or pivot you may have to Jack the car up so you can push and pull tire etc just to see what is making any noise
