First check your fuses. If fuses are good, turn on your switch to activate the blower motor. If you know where it is located, tap the bottom of the blower motor with a hammer. If motor suddenly turn on, then the brushes are shot and motor needs to be replaced. If that test fails, you may need a new blower motor resistor.

I am having a similar issue as the question above, I have check the fuse and that is good. I have tested the blower motor (jumped to the car battery) and it turned over just fine, also I am getting voltage to the blower motor. I have replaced the blower motor resister and that didn't fix it, as well as replaced the switch cluster in the dash and that didn't fix it. what should I be looking at next?

Is there a blower motor relay in yours as well as the resistor? That's the only other thing I can think of unless your climate control module is bad.
