Won't move when in gear

So the car starts, but it doesn't rev up, even in park? Then I would suspect it is throttle related.

In park the gas works . When u put it in gear it drops out.I hear a shift but won't move.

I had the throttle body replaced. Could it be bad?

I put the car in neutral and it starts and will rev up. What now. It does not move when you put it in gear, just revs
