Car engine

Asked by Lissbetty Feb 10, 2016 at 03:47 PM about the 2002 Ford Focus LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving in the freeway when my car turned
off I was stuck in a traffic jam. I noticed it cannot
accelerate quickly. The car started shaking and it
died. Later I was able to turn it on again. I had the
engine replaced recently.

1 Answer

I recently replaced a fuel pump in a blazer with a similar issue, seemed to resolve it. Fuel pump issues can often replicate transmission problems
