I can only tell you are my experience with a F350 and the door code. I hope it helps. On the drivers side, under the steering wheel, there was in large numbers, was the code. Again, I hope this helps.

You will have to go to your local ford dealer with your vin# an proof that your the owner so I guess your title an your id an they will give you the passcode. Or this may work. https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=3ZlQ9BJ8mto&feature=youtube_g data_player
