how do I replace a deployed air bag and exploded driver's car seat for a 2006 Ford Focus - my daughter hit an elevated man hole cover. Driver side air bag toward the driver's front door exploded the air bag and ripped to seat on same side (driver's door side)

James -"doofus" - that was uncalled for. Already done so and have not heard back from the insurance company. Contacted the town with the elevated man hole covers and that company was subcontracted and are no longer around. The town has only given us a run-around stating that the company responsible has packed up and left the state; hence, the delay on the insurance response. My question was quite simple - how do i replace the seat, are there SDM's, BCM's and the like that I would need to replace as well. I already have a reserved car seat using automotix.com. Helpful responses would be appreciated. Please tone down your response or simply do not respond. Thank you.
