If it's a loud clunking and you can feel the vibration then it's not a tire problem. It sounds like a bad universal joint on the driveshaft. A universal joint holds the driveshaft in place and they DO go bad after time.Take the car into a repair shop. I wouldn't drive the car any farther than you absolutely have to and not any faster than 25 MPH. If the driveshaft comes loose while the car is moving, that could be very dangerous to you and to other drivers on the road. A spinning driveshaft coming loose all of a sudden can do a lot of damage to the car's underbody and can come right thru the floor too or even cause the car to flip over. All racecars have a driveshaft safety loop to keep that from happening but unfortunately regular cars and trucks do not have that feature. This could be very dangerous if it's loose so have it checked by a qualified ASE certified mechanic if possible or at least a mechanic you know and trust as soon as possible. Better safe than sorry... Good Luck, Kenny/MrBlueOval
