My ford bantam rocam speedometer 1.3
2006 overhead and the cooling Fan
doesn't turn on. But when I unplug the
temperature switch plug from the
thermostat housing, the fan kicks on and
also the car heats up on the inside even
when I turned off the heater off.

If your cabin is heating then that should indicate that the pump is running and the thermostat is opening. I eould say the fan relay is your issue
