2002 ford taurus 2.4v v-6 engine hear aclickling noise what can I do to repair without spending a whole lot of money?

regulators are like 35$ on many cars,drill rivets out quick and bolt in.

just kidding only read the top header. didnt catch that its making a clicking noise.

Help me what wrong passages side won’t go up or down. I already buy new button for window but still don’t work. Where I can look fuse panel & what size amp fuse?
