Battery keeps dying

I have a 2002 ford taurus and something keeps
killing my battery so i put another battery in and my
battery light keeps going on and off..yesterday it
completely shut down and i had someone to give
me a jump it started rite back up.so os the battery
indicator light suppose to be on or off

The battery light is supposed to be off if it is on that means something is wrong with the charging system most likely cause alternator is not charging.

Check the alternator voltage. Do this with a volt meter connected to the battery terminals with engine running. The voltage should be in the 13.8 to 14.6 range. If it is much lower than 13.8 there is a problem with the alternator or associated wiring.

Brand new battery in October, another new one in Feb haven't drove the car that much battery gone again! They test the alternator and said it was good.

Drive these electrical cars often or you have to buy a battery tender to keep the bat from sinking from all the brains going on all the time.
