- rear liftage wiper does not work but washer does

I just bought this car and switch for both wiper and washer (which is also supposed to engage wiper) don't do anything to make wiper go - the washer tho does work know has to be either motor- switch or wires going to it (just messed with same thing on 93 ford festiva - there the motor worked and I just gave up and added wire and separate switch just to make wiper work

yes ckeck your power on your wiper conector.if is good then replace your motor.
I took motor off and took to a place (least I know how to check that now) and it works.... I know there was the middle connector that lit tester when put on metal of car .. but since there are a total of 3 terminals that don't help me much on what is what and where and what to check the rest (this may turn into my other car where I say f#ck it and run wire's to front to a switch)
here is where I am at for any fellow wiring clueless individual's like myself - as it is likely wiring in hatch going into car form opening and closing (best guess) and is just a on-off wiper motor am splicing into the power wire for power attenna - will be feeding it power even if switch is off (don't care at this point) and will have a switch run up front to toggle on and off ... basically like I did with my 93 ford festiva not 6 months ago (just will be better job of it) made damn sure that undid battery as it shuts down stereo then you cut that red wire (and for whatever reason lowers the attenna ) was hoping to cut wire - steal it for wiper motor - attenna stays up permanent and non functioning and lose that annoying wore out up-down every time start and stop car
