If you have not checked the fuse, I would do that first. Fuse number 31 underneath your dashboard by your brake pedal should be the fuse. Your cars manual can be found here https://www.flmowner.com/servlet/ContentServer? pagename=Owner/Page/OwnerGuidePage If that doesn't work then I would say that the resistor pack is bad, or you have a bad blower motor. If you have some technical savvy a volt meter you can probe the wires going to the motor. Set your fan to high, then probe the wires going to the blower motor, if you have around 12 volts then your motor is bad. If you don't have any power it is possible that your resistor back is bad.
