Surges only when I turn on air conditioning or heater no other time,changed
every sensor egr valve even o ring behind engine,new fuel pump and sensor

The only thing I have not changed on this car is the upper intake manifold gasket

I had 9 codes when I started,I have all green lights on my reader,and no codes,so what now

Check and/or replace the Idle Air Control valve, the IAC boosts air to engine when AC is on. AC compressor also goes on when using defroster (for dehumidifying). If your car has the EATC have that checked too.
