2005 Ford Taurus ac

I have a 2005 ford Taurus. The a/c isnt working.
The air isnt getting into the car. You can feel the
cold air in the lines but it aint getting in the car. I
was told that there is a door like that open and
closes to switch from heat to air. Where is it
licated on the ford?

its a blend door. you probably have to take the whole dash apart to get the evaporator case out. i would take it somewhere bc theres probably a code in the a.c module which will give you more information on what is wrong with it
