Battery has a full charge and battery cables and connections all good? I'm not sure of your problem? Are you saying the starter motor won't crank the engine? What testing have done with starter motor on the vehicle, voltage and ground circuits? Note the diagram for starter motor. You see the relay, unplug the relay, Use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, the starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that, make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set, vehicle can't move. If it cranks with the jumper wire, at least, the starter motor is working and the engine isn't seized. If your having a problem with different system, can you be more specific? Also, your security system shows to be starter motor disable.
