Have you done any voltage and ground testing anywhere? You can use digital multimeter or test light. I saw what you replaced. Any applicable trouble codes? To check codes, at the least, you need an obd 2 code reader that will work with your vehicle, manufacturer specific codes as well as po codes. Battery has a full charge and connections all good. Another thought is your security system, starter motor disable would be one of the issues, if security system has a problem. You may need a scanner to communicate with security system, to fix, if that is the problem? Others may have better info, that's all I have. good luck.
