How do I remove the upper rear seat of a 2006 Honda Civic Ex Coupe

I cannot get my trunk open. I need to get into the trunk from the inside of the
car. I have removed the back seat but how do I remove the upper rear seat.

The back seat back should fold down, there should be a latch in one of the upper corners, tucked in the side. Some cars there is just a strap to pull on, being the back is just snapped in place.
