yeah, the reverse loose traction n`d can`t trust it to take me backwards if it cömes agains`t resistans, uphill or alike, tiptronic 2,7biturbo though, been so since I got it, at least, all other gears function without disturbance.. No answer yet...
thanks..thats exactly what they said would happen when it goes :/
F..k, I`ll hoped that it would have been an electronical issue, as a voice around told me that a similar event at his workshop x-perinced by an american car, resolved in some component switch, electrical, n`d it solved the problem..I`m just getting turbos replaced for the second time, means putting in nr 5 and 6 , as both are to be replaced at the same time...money money - transmission isnt cheap..
(for future data miners) a known problem. Solenoid failure. They may recommend a valve body that is an upgrade meant to affect this kink. You do not need to replace the valve body, Just stay onto of your fluid post op. Plainly, your looking at: A trans rebuild kit + solenoid + rebuilding of the torque converter + trans mounts. AMCO. Cost me about $4,500 (took the opportunity to replace all solenoids) (I replaced the suspension as well, 4 months later the car was totaled)
