Can you feel if there is a screw under the felt at the bottom of the cup holder, make a small slit and reach the screw that way ? Can you see the keys to remove them with a "claw wand" (in the auto parts store they have a flexible wand about 2 feet long that when you use your thumb to press on the end button, a small set of "claw like" grabbers will come out the other end to hold on to things). Then you just have to slowly send it down to the keys, open the claws, release your thumb and pull your keys up out of the dash.
a small set of keys fell underneath my cup holder. can't reach with a wire hanger as there are wires located in the area. What is the simplest way to remove the cup holder??

Bought a 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV and it was advertised as a platinum edition. Now I am not so sure as it doesn't have the Chrome Platinum name on the rear or anywhere else for that matter.
