95 chrysler labaron back lights wont go off

The lights on back of car wont shut off. The brake relay switch was replaced. The lights
just wont turn off. The light on trunk and the 2 side lights on back. Ive gone thrum 2
batteries. Is there a way to unplug them temp

The panel that is under your knees remove it at the top of the brake pedal is a black box (small) w two wires coming out. Push small black box forward till lights go out and test (cycle pedal) install panel problem solved
