WHERE IS THE FUSE BOX LOCATED ON PT CRUISER

There are two fuse boxes. One is the Integrated Power Module, which is the underhood fuse box. The interior fuse box is typically located either on the left-hand side of the dashboard, under a panel which is covered when the vehicle door is closed, or underneath the steering wheel area visible with your head looking up under the driver's seat towards the dash. It may also be located in or near the glove box area.

I have a 2002 PT Cruiser. The fuse box is under the dash to the left of the steering column. My problem is replacing the blinker module. I have the part, and I was able to download instructions from one of the publishers of repair manuals like Haynes or Chilton's I think. It says to remove the upper and lower shroud from the steering column. I don't see an upper or lower shroud. Any ideas?

The 2006+ cruiser don't have an interior fuse box. The last cruiser to have that was 2005. Everything is in the IPM (Integrated Power Module) that's in the engine compartment. The whole electronic system was changed in 2006 to the CAN- BUS system which isn't easy to work on. Do you have an owners manual? That will give you the layout of all the things inside the IPM. Here's the rundown of all the things inside the IPM.
