You don't mention whether other lights are out on your console, but if you check your owner manual, you'll find that there is a knob or a dial among your dash controls that adjusts the illumination levels of your dash lighting. If this doesn't fix your problem, check the fuses, an illustration for which should also appear in your owner manual. If you don't have an owner manual, my experience has revealed that if you go into a service center like Firestone and tell them you're having difficulty locating the lighting adjustment controls for your dashboard, often they will not only show you where it is, they will also do so for free. If your fuse needs to be replaced they can tell you which one and may charge only for the cost of the fuse, which is a minimal expenditure. The center doesn't have to be Firestone; if you have a reputable shop that usually services your car, they may extend to you the same considerations, depending on the rapport you have developed with them. Good luck. Hope this information is profitable for you in finding and resolving your problem.
