How to convert from a turbo charged motor to a
non turbo charged motor

Unfortunately, that is not as easy as it sounds. The entire exhaust system would need to be redone along with a new computer as the engine is tuned for the turbo. It will be expensive and you may consider spending the thousands of dollars it will cost on a new car.

Not worth spending that kind of money and time on an old PT Cruiser. Take Gary's suggestion, better off spending that money on a new car.
