i nned help with a 1992 ford ranger 4wd the auto hubs or not locking in they try to lock in but when it gets in any kind for a small bind they start poping and then free wheel they do the same thing in reverse too i have takeing the hubs apart every thing is complete and not broken or stripped does it require a vacum to lock in and out im clue less at this point really would like to keep it a factory no aftermarket but its seems to me that aftermarket is my only option any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

Sorry, factory hubs are garbage, I have a 1997 Mazda B4000(same as Ranger) have manual hubs on, work great.
