i nned help with a 1992 ford ranger 4wd the auto hubs or not locking in they try to lock in but when it gets in any kind for a small bind they start poping and then free wheel they do the same thing in reverse too i have takeing the hubs apart every thing is complete and not broken or stripped does it require a vacum to lock in and out im clue less at this point really would like to keep it a factory no aftermarket but its seems to me that aftermarket is my only option any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

I have a 96 Ford ranger, 4 cylinder manual and have a problem I can't figure out. I can start the truck every time with no problem it isles great and I can sit there and rev it all day no problem but if I go to drive it I can make it about 1/2 mile and then that's it, ill press the gas petal and it won't do any thing but kill the gas (no gas) but soon as I take my foot off the gas it will idle just fine and rev fine but won't go anywhere unless I let it sit for a few mins and it will start all over. I have replaced the IAC, TPS and today the external fuel filter that was clogged but same thing. Once in a while if I push the clutch in it will stay at a rev for a sec. Please help 5 Answers

I installed a 1992 engine in a 1998 ford ranger. it will not fire. I was told the computer box will not switch out. Is their any way to make it work? 1 Answer

when I jumped my 1991 Ranger the hot line slipped and touched the neg. pole. When I tried to start the ranger the all it would do is click,even after I put in a new Battery. Help!!!! 2 Answers
