I already remove the spark plugs and put them back together try to turn the car on and will not turn on

Double check wires on correct plug. All I can think of.

No injector signal? No crank signal? No compression? Busted t- chain or belt? Holes in every piston? Stolen head gasket? Sheared crank/flex plate bolts? What you ask is an open question with all sorts of possibilities. Need-more-information and some better description from you of the problem.
