My PT Cruiser lost power and is limited to 2 rpm's. It's not getting better or worse, just stays consistant at 2 rpm's. What could be the cause?

Is that the 2,000 RPM's at 2 RPM's your car won't be running..

People don't understand that the numbers on the tachometer are thousands. Maybe the catalytic converter is plugged up.
